Vote to consider approving the minutes of the meeting held on February 3, 2021.

Agenda Item #2-COLA
Vote to consider the July 1, 2021 cost of living adjustment. Notice of this agenda item was sent to Mayor Sarno, the City Council, the Housing Authority, and the Water & Sewer Commission.

Agenda Item #3-Accidental Disability Application-Robert Day-Department of Public Works
Vote to consider the responses of the medical panel for Accidental Disability benefits submitted by Robert Day.

Agenda Item #4-Involuntary Accidental Disability Applications-Jonathan Turner-Police Department
Vote to consider the acceptance of the application for Accidental Disability benefits submitted by Police Commissioner Cheryl Clapprood, and request that PERAC convene a medical panel.

Agenda Item #5-Involuntary Accidental/Ordinary Disability Application-Adan Cruz-Police Department
Vote to consider the acceptance of the application for Accidental/Ordinary Disability benefits submitted by Police Commissioner Cheryl Clapprood, and request that PERAC convene a medical panel.

Agenda Item #6-Involuntary Accidental/Ordinary Disability/Superannuation Applications-Sean Sullivan-Police Department
Vote to consider the acceptance of the application for Accidental/Ordinary Disability/Superannuation benefits submitted by Police Commissioner Cheryl Clapprood, and request that PERAC convene a medical panel.

Vote to consider the acceptance of the following Superannuations:
1. Ruben Borrero, Police Officer, Police Department with 43 years and 7 months as of 3/6/2021.
2. Carl Flagg, Senior Custodian, School Department with 36 years as of 3/2/2021.
3. Brian Laporte, Electrician, Facilities Management with 30 years as of 2/13/2021.

Vote to reaffirm the approval of the following warrants:
Warrant #7 Refunds in the amount of $61,285.23
Warrant #8 Transfers in the amount of $28,194.63
Warrant #9 Expenses in the amount of $318,062.69
Warrant #10 Expenses in the amount of $109,532.50
Warrant #11 Retiree payroll in the amount of $6,995,141.88
and redemption from the PRIT fund in the amount of $6,000,000.00

Agenda Item #9-Refunds/Transfers to Other Systems
Vote to consider the eleven (11) requests for refunds and transfers to other systems. The names have been submitted to their particular Department, the Law Department and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

Agenda Item #10-Redeposit of Refunds and Makeup of Contributions
Vote to consider the redeposit of refunds to:
1. Adelai Mertilien-Cornet, Fire Dispatcher, Dispatch, for the refund from the Springfield Retirement System in 2020.
2. Jennifer Rivera, Senior Domestic Violence Advocate, Police Department for the refund from the Springfield Retirement System in 2018.
3. Carmen Zayas, Site Coordinator, School Department for the refund from the Southbridge Retirement Board in 2015.
Vote to consider the makeup of contributions to:
1. Maura Warwick, Site Coordinator at School Department, for 6 years 5 months of employment at the Parks and School Departments.
