As part of the reopening plan, we are open to the public by appointment only, with restrictions. No walk-in traffic will be allowed in City Buildings. Members and Retirees will need to call 413-787-6090 to schedule an appointment, if business cannot be done remotely. These appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Certain arrangements may be made for emergency reasons only. We ask for everyone's patience and understanding. As part of the public health efforts, all visitors will have to provide their names and contact information for contact tracing purposes. Individuals must check in and give their names to make sure they have an appointment. Individuals will also be required to have their temperatures taken before being allowed into the building, and will not be allowed entry if the temperature is at or above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
