Van Johnson, Rosemary Cotton-Coleman, Michael Lombard, Sean Fitzgerald and James Murgolo. The Director informed the Board that all the Retirees were notified of this meeting and the various issues for not complying.
Anthony Trabal addressed the Board and explained the reason for his not complying fully was that PERAC was requesting information regarding his former wife’s business. He stated that his former wife had taken over the business at the time of their divorce. Due to a recent fire in his former wife’s house, she has been unable to provide the required information to PERAC. Since the requested tax information was not available, the Board explained to Mr. Trabal that Executive Director Baltazar will personally contact Sandra King at PERAC, explain the situation and see what steps should be taken to avoid termination. Motion made by Moynihan to grant a 30 day extension of time to file the documents to PERAC, second by Burns and voted unanimously.

Rosemary Cotton-Coleman addressed the Board and stated she will be able to submit the information to PERAC within 30 days since she had recently moved and had to locate the first two pages of her tax return. Executive Director Baltazar informed the Board that she had received an email from Michael Lombard who is currently out of the country and will forward the information to PERAC as soon as he returns.
