MINUTES FOR THE SPRINGFIELD RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING
70 TAPLEY STREET, SPRINGFIELD, MA 01104
HELD ON AUGUST 23, 2017 AT 10:00 A.M.

Present: Thomas Scanlon, Patrick Burns, Robert Moynihan, Haskell Kennedy, Philip Mantoni, Executive Director, Susana Baltazar
Chairman Scanlon called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M.
Agenda Item #1 – MGL Chapter 32 Section 91A
The Executive Director stated that we were waiting for information from the following disabled retirees, who were not in compliance with M.G.L. c. 32, §91A (failure to submit certain information to PERAC): Anthony Trabal, V. Van Johnson, and Michael Lombard. Mr. Trabal is working with PERAC regarding his compliance, Mr. Lombard will submit his information to PERAC by August 25th, and Mr. Johnson will submit his information to PERAC on August 26th. We have been assured that PERAC will have all the required information. The Executive Director will update the Board on this matter at the next Board meeting.

Motion made by Burns to adjourn at 10:10 A.M. second by Kennedy and voted unanimously.
